As a registered charity, ENF raises every penny needed to make the festival and its year round activities happen: that’s around £300,000 each year.

Many people assume that ticket sales cover the costs of ENF, but in fact they usually add up to only 20% of the total: if we depended on sales alone, every ticket would have to cost 5 times more. We keep ticket prices as low as possible by raising funds from public funders, trusts and – above all – from people who enjoy the festival and make a donation to keep it going. Individual donations make up around 40% of our income.

Do please GiftAid you donation too – that secures us an extra £1 for every £5 you donate and costs you not a penny more.
