East Neuk Festival

At the heart of ENF 2025 is a cycle of Beethoven’s Late Quartets performed by ENF’s favourite quartets: the Belcea, Castalian, Elias and Pavel Haas Quartets. ENF Director, Svend McEwan-Brown is writing a blog to explore these amazing (not hyperbole) pieces over the next 9 months.

1. Keep ticket prices competitive, we want the widest audience to enjoy ENF. If we had to make all our income from ticket sales our lowest price would have to be around £128. As it is, our top price is closer to £30! and under 18s get any ticket for £5.

2. Be ambitious: the world’s best musicians appear at ENF thanks to you.

3. Plan for the future: every ENF is at least 3 years in the planning – only possible with such loyal and generous supporters.

4. Support Musicians: mentoring for young artists, commissioning composers or making musicians’ artistic dreams come true – we are proud to support musicians in everything we do.
